Mixing Line/compost mixing machinery is used for breaking the bale, and mixing straw, chicken manure, water, gypsum and soy bean by specific ratio, with function of straw untying and breaking and chicken manure crushing. It can work continuously with high efficiency and finish all necessary process before raw material filled into Bunker.

Micromixing: chicken manure on every straw Mixing chicken manure and straw may appear to be easy, but this is deceptive. Huge errors can be made at this stage. The straw is wet, so chicken manure sticks to it at once. If the chicken manure is deposited onto a layer of straw that is too wide or too thick, then an overdose of manure will only reach those parts it actually touches. The rest of the straw will receive too little or none at all. Another problem occurs if the amount of straw on the transport belt is uneven while the amount of chicken manure is even. So some parts of the straw are covered by a lot of manure while others are covered with less. The result will be seen in the pile of compost after the mixing machine. Some blades are totally covered with manure and some are still bare. This poor mixing will result in heterogeneous compost that will suffer from too high pH levels during the entire process. It will be difficult to rid the compost of ammonia during phase ll.
