Machine Summary
The model GH-400CNC4-6, GH-500CNC4-6 and GH-600CNC4-6 series CNC heavy-duty gear hobbing machines are of 4-6 axes CNC ones. With carrying out index motion and differential compensation by electronic gearbox(EGB), and by optimum design concept, tje machines have features of compact construction, high efficiency and reliability through adopting the shortest transmission train and reliable transmission method. They are designed to cut cylindraical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, less teeth gears and splines, etc. These series machines are suited for the gear production industries, such as engineering machinery, marine, heavy-truck and lift, etc.
Performance and Feature
1. CNC axes: 4 axes(one for spindle B and 3 servo axes):
B-axis--rotary motion of the spindle;
C-axis--rotary motion of the worktable;
X-axis--radial feed motion;
Z-axis--axial feed motion;
The machines are driven by hydraulic motors and hob swivel angle is manually set and precisely positioned. Cycloidal pin-wheel reducer is used for hob shifting.
2. CNC axes: 5 axes(one for spindle B and 4 servo axes):
B-axis--rotary motion of the spindle;
C-axis--rotary motion of the worktable;
X-axis--radial feed motion;
Y-axis--hob shifting motion;
Z-axis--axial feed motion;
The machines are driven by hydraulic motors and hob swivel angle is manually set and precisely positioned.
3. CNC axes: 6 axes(one for spindle B and 5 servo axes):
B-axis--rotary motion of the spindle;
C-axis--rotary motion of the worktable;
X-axis--radial feed motion;
Y-axis--hob shifting motion;
Z-axis--axial feed motion;
A-axis--hob head swivel angle
4. Four coordinated control axes of the standard machines above are B, C, X and Z.
5. Self-diagnostics function.
6. In case of power off or fault occurred, the column will quickly retract.
7. With compact and man-friendly construction, small floor space and easy operation.
8. With symmetric, double-wall and rib-reinforced plate construction for the bed and column, ensure the machine keeps the thermal balance.
9. A large power AC motor and super precision helical gearing for the spindle, one-tooth difference clearance-eliminating mechanism at the end of spindle.
10. Quick-change hob and auto hob holder clamping mechanism, auto monitor and aralm device for spindle overload.
11. Super precision double worm gearings for the worktable to eliminate clearance, equipped with a cylinder at the bottom of the worktable for clamping the workpiece.
12. Coolant on the bed surface and lubricant inside the bed are kept at same temperature by oil chillers to ensure the machine has stable thermal distribution.
